Enter an exact or part of device number in "Device #" box.

When you enter an exact device number and cannot find it, we recommend entering a part of device number.

E.G.
Exact Device # : "S29GL256N90TFE02" Enter : "S29GL256N" or "S29GL256N*"
Name on a list : "S29GL256NxxTFx02" (Temperature code, speed code, packing type code, etc. have no impact to programming)
Select the Programmer Model if you have in mind or keep "All".
Click "Search", and you will find the list of supported device information.
If you didn’t select the Programmer Model in process 2, you will find the result for each Model. Click "Displays it", and you will find the list of supported device information.

Select the "Device Supplier".
Click "Search", and you will find the result for each Programmer Model.
Click "Displays it", and you will find the list of supported device information.
